Event Participation & Conduct

Traders must only sell goods that have been pre-approved and must trade within their designated area.

Trading hours are 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Stalls must be set up by 10:30 AM and fully cleared after 4:00 PM.

Any rubbish must be kept out of sight and removed at the end of the event.

Stallholders and their staff are expected to act professionally and respectfully. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event, and future applications may be affected.

The main applicant is responsible for anyone working at their stall.
Insurance & Risk Assessments

If you are trading as a business, you must have suitable insurance (e.g., public liability insurance).

Each stall holder is responsible for their own insurance. Proof of insurance may be requested in advance.

A risk assessment document must be provided for your stall.
Refund Policy & Liability Disclaimer

Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizers.

The organizers do not accept liability for loss, damage, or injury resulting from:

The actions of members of the public.

The actions of members of the public at private or commercial properties opened for the event.

The organizers reserve the right to revise and update these terms based on legal or regulatory changes.
Agreement
We, the Exhibitor, confirm that the details above are correct. By applying for a stall at NCM MiniCon, we agree to terms and conditions and we give House of Stars permission to store and use our data solely for the purpose of managing and promoting the event.
